职位描述
? Direct sales and KA management with SOE (state-owned company), quickly to build up customer trust
? Prepare and issue commercial offers draft, bidding package, negotiate, and finalize appropriate agreements to close sales projects, including project description, full value revenue, timing, probabilities, payment terms, commission. Prepare project specific sales strategies for each sales event.
? Value selling & keep customer long-term relationship, e.g. CRM/Salesforce or familiar with MillerHeiman sales tools
? Complete win/loss reports for sales projects with thorough project reflections
? Develop initial business strategy for new product offering.
? Understand and analyze competitors' products and sales, and make suggestions on company products, services or policies.
? Well educational at CoBE (compliance & ethic)
任职资格:
? Bachelor degree or above in Engineering Automation or equivalent experience.
? Minimum 5 year minimum direct sales experience in food and prefer to Tobacco industry.
? Rich experience in open bidding material preparation and scoring system.
? Extrovert with a strong commercial and entrepreneurial mindset
? Self-starter and fast learner with strong operation ability to energize and inspire others, led by example, passion for growth.
? Say-Do accountability and tenacity to follow through tough assignment.
