JOB RESPONSIBILITIES：

? Provides analysis and reports on standard costs and production variances, cost centre expense analysis and periodic review with the department managers and savings tracking
? Drive cost saving program by working together with operational and each function, challenge the budget owners in case of significant variance vs Budget or commitments
? Support annual Target process; yearly standard cost calculate and update in BANN
? Implement/Drive selected systems enhancements to automate process and drive efficiencies
? Preparation of the financial budget and summarize the budget implementation
? To establish a reasonable asset liability structure and establish an effective risk control mechanism. Be responsible for organizing the cost management, and carry out cost forecast, control, accounting, and finance analysis
? Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the CFO

JOB REQUIREMENTS：

? Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting, financial management or intermediate accountant qualification
? Good English for writing and speaking
? Familiar with ERP system and prefer manufacturing industry
? 3 years or above working experience in finance sector with controlling experience
? Solid financial system and process of mature enterprises
? The overall situation view, integrity, strong communication and coordination ability, rigorous and meticulous work, good professional quality
