?         Practice HSE and SK culture

?         Cover Japan, South East Asia, Middle East, Africa and other regions.

?         To identify and understand the end use application needs, working closely with the sales and marketing functions.

?         Lead Green expansion from technology side, such as PCR, mono layer, film reduction, biodegradable polymers.

?         Develop and technology solution packages, build up the application technology platform to promote SKGC products and accelerate the commercialization.

?         Maintain strong relationship with convertors and brand owner, ad to continue to coach them and develop their capabilities to develop win-win relationship for all of related companies.

?         Analyze and understand technology trends, unmet needs, critical priorities, and requirements of key applications and materials in packaging.

Be part of global technology team to share information and knowledge to accelerate global expansion

要求：

?         Bachelor degree or above in polymer technology such as chemistry, chemical engineering, material engineering and polymer engineering.

?         At least 8 years of working experience in soft packaging industry.

?         Rich experience and recorded results of soft packaging formulation design.

?         Extensive soft packaging industry experience – R&D, product development, or business development from major raw material suppliers or converter or food companies.

?         Understanding of soft packaging industry, technology, organization, and key people/positions for technology development.

?         Experience in independent business and application development.

?         Strong external market orientation and experience interacting with customers and external partners.

?         Knowledge of PCR/Biodegradable is plus.

?         Fluent oral English is critical

?         Willing to travel frequently in Asia-Pacific region
