Main Responsibilities & key tasks:

· Responsible for planning, implementing and execution of strategies for retail channel product including bundle solutions

· Partner recruitment and build up backup partner pool

· Planning and conducting sales activities including training sessions for sales people of partners, participate channel events for retailers and other activities that the partners may demand;

· Achieve the monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target of China by consistently driving partner performance

· Assist product development team to collect partner feedbacks on potential products ideas and constantly provide market and product updates to the management.

· Frequent travelling nation-wide expected in connection with performing the duties in channel management

Professional Experience:

· 5 years or more relevant experience in the retail IT industry as channel sales

· Experience in channel management

· Strong relationship with partners at both headquarters and branch levels for the region covered;

· Strong communication skills both in Chinese and English. Well-command of written English is required. Able to communicate in verbal English at basic levels and with potential to improve.

· Proactive with good interpersonal communication skills; A good team player;

· Leadership potential to assume sales leader role of the covered region.
