职位描述：

1、与海外各区域HR协作，负责收集汇总各区域人事法律法规劳动政策。

2、与海外各区域HR协作，基于集团人事制度政策，进行海外人事制度的本地化。

3、负责推行及监督海外人事制度流程的实施。

4、参与海外HR人员的招聘面试。

5、负责面向海外公司的，各类政策，制度的讲解，培训。

6、参与各区域薪酬/绩效等制度的制订，负责审核海外各区域薪酬绩效等数据，向上汇报。

7、负责收集汇总各类人事数据，包括但不限于花名册信息，员工合同入离职等各类人事资料。

8、配合内审和外审，收集汇总海外公司审计数据和资料。

9、完成上级领导临时交办的工作任务。

任职要求：

1、本科及以上 人力资源，工商管理等相关专业，英语熟练

2、3-6年人事相关工作经验，人力资源各模块都有涉及，至少有一到两个模块精通，有过海外公司对接经验优先

3、熟知人力资源各模块知识，熟练运用办公软件，熟练掌握英语听说读写，沟通无碍。

4、良好沟通、执行能力、人际交往能力、解决问题能力、抗压能力
