Main Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for management, performance and completion of simple to moderate projects.
2. Organize project teams, assign individual responsibilities, develop project schedules and determine resources needed.
3. Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
4. KM sharing with complete project documents stored appropriately and take instructor role on advanced PM training, e.g. PM@WN…etc.
5. Other tasks assigned by the superior and the company.

Key Tasks:
1. Follow standard PM policy and procedure to manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects.
2. Monitor status of projects including cost, timing, staffing and reporting on the overall P/L of the
project.
3. Take account PM role and get high customer satisfaction.
4. Learn pre-sales skill by participating in pre-sales activities.

Related Experience / Competencies Required
1. 3-8 years related PM experience in retail industry, especially related to the area of apparel or chain store.
2. Basic knowledge of change management, risk management, setting up and initiating projects.
3. Experience of running at least simple projects successfully.
4. Equipped basic IT knowledge and industry experience.

Education / Special Knowledge & Skills
1. Bachelor degree and above.
2. Be able to write credible documents in native language and English.
3. PM@WN qualification.
4. Good communication skill with task forces.
