Responsibility
· Business planning for order and revenue forecast, interlock with SU and finance, tracking the linearity status;
· Business tracking and reporting, including SU performance, account coverage, pipeline size and shape, win/loss tracking, business linearity assurance, channel sell-out, inventory and WOI;
· Product performance by model, partner performance and coverage analysis, market and competition analysis.
Requirement
· 3yrs above marketing experience in IT company with a consistent track record of delivering on results;
· Successful history of operation on channel and product management, support different sales region and team;
· Demonstrated ability of think strategically and ability to execute;
· Demonstrated ability to think strategically and ability to execute.
· Demonstrated understanding of cross-functions, sales, support, business development.
· Excellent analytical, presentation, process management skills.
· Strong team player with a proven record of operating with sales, channel and product team.
· Willing and able to challenge conventional thinking and approaches with constructive/ innovative ideas
· Proactive, results driven working style requiring minimum supervision.
· Proficiency in English and Chinese language a must.
