Primary Purpose and Overall Objective of the Job:
Application Specialist is responsible for offering technical support, application training for biomerieux product to external and internal customers, support the product complaint handling implementation, work as a technical consultant in communication between customers and corporate.

Main Accountabilities:
1.Work collaborate with the team to achieve the revenue, win customer satisfaction.
2.Work as level two support, for example, Answer telephone inquiries per established guidelines and document in local database; Consult with global customer service; Coach/consult with other specialists and engineers; Develop troubleshooting skills for phone and on-site applications.
3.Work as a trainer to deliver training course to internal and external customers,
4.Be involved in customer complaint handling procedure, for example, Direct and drive investigative process; Review test results; Request further investigations.
5.Other tasks as defined in related company procedure, or assigned by the direct supervisor.

Typical Studies-Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
1.Studies-Experience:
-Bachelor抯 Degree or above in Medical Technology or related science.
-Minimum of 0.5 years of Clinical laboratory experience.
-Goode practice experience in biological/medical laboratory.
2.Skills and Qualifications:
-Good knowledge in laboratory.
-Good English skills in both spoken and written English.
-Excellent working knowledge of computers.
-Good interpersonal and communication skills.
