工作职责 Working Responsibilities
为用户提供应用系统的日常支持；
参与应用系统的实施与培训工作；
参与应用系统的需求与变更；
参与开发组的集成测试；
完成实施文档、培训文档、用户反馈文档、用户测试文档等文案工作。
任职要求 Qualification & Requirements
教育背景
本科或以上学历；
工作经验
2 年以上的系统支持和系统培训经验优先考虑；
1 年以上文档编写经验优先考虑；
具有问题管理系统使用经验；
优秀的应届生也可以考虑；
熟悉设施管理等领域者优先；
通用技能
良好的服务和团队意识；
良好的分析及报表制作能力；
持续学习能力；
良好的事件管理能力；
较强的口头及书面沟通能力；
解决问题的能力；
处理应急突发事件应变能力；
基本英文沟通能力，CET 6优先考虑。
