Job Description:

1. Conduct machine set-up and training at customers location；

    在客户现场进行机器安装和培训；

2. Provide after sales service support to our customers；

    为客户提供售后服务支持；

3. Attend field service calls. This service will include site preparations, repair and preventive maintenance services, parts replacement, relocations and modifications, etc., for warranty and after warranty services;

    这项服务将包括现场准备、维修和预防性维护服务、零件更换、重新配置和修改等，用于保修和保修后服务;

4. Maintain the customer relationship and responsible for raising customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

1. College degree or above, majored in electrical , mechanical or related；

    大专及以上学历，机械电气等理工科专业；

2. At least three years’experience in machine maintenance and repairing；

    三年及以上机械维修经验;

3. Able to write and speak in English;

     英语良好；

4. Able to work under pressure；

    能承受较大工作压力；

5. Willing to travel frequently；

    接受频繁出差；

6. Knowledge of high-tech or wire processing industry would preferred.

    有高科技或电线加工行业知识者优先。
