Job Description

· Key member of the PCM team as a mechanical lead from design stage, construction stage to project close out.

· During design stage

? Work under Design Manager, based on project office and travel to site as required.

? Design management with LDI, international Architect, Consultants and with Client.

? Work independently in dealing with design issues and make recommendation.

· During construction stage

? Work under Project Manage, based on site and travel to LDI as required.

? Construction management with GC, MEP contractors, and other subcontractors

? Maintain design management with LDI, Jianli and related design parties.

? Work independently in dealing with site issues and make recommendation.

· Chair meetings and provide meeting minutes.

· Provide engineering study and reports (bilingual).

· Participate in technical meeting with authorities and utilities official and provide technical support to the project team.


Experience and Knowledge

· At least 10 years working experience after university graduation. (less experience can be considered for a junior role)

· Sound experience in design with design coordination experience with international clients, architect and consultants.

· Sound on-site experience in managing contractors in construction work.

· Good knowledge of National and local codes and experience in interpreting codes.

· Good practical knowledge of modern building materials, building services systems, and construction techniques.

· Experience in working in major international projects.

· Large complex building mep manager experience, retail, hospital, airport.

· Contractor or sub-contractor mep senior manager/co-coordinator experience



Qualification

· University graduate of mechanical engineering, building services or related discipline.

· Bilingual with good command of verbal and written English

· Computer skill in word, excel, power point and auto cad.
