Responsibilities

- Manage facility team, to oversee the operations, preventive maintenance and repair
of all facility equipments and building. Optimize the operation and implement the
upgrading of all facility equipments. Ensure that service and repair on critical systems
meet and conform to corporate quality standards and GMP requirements.

- Manage external service and utility providers to ensure most favorable commercial
terms and satisfaction of plant requirements.

- Monitor budget and control the overhead expense for the Engineering Department.

- Supervise, motivate and train facilities personnel.

- Observe and monitor behaviors, provide feedback for risky behavior and reinforce
safe behaviors in order to prevent accidents.

- Consider and minimize EHS impacts when undertaking construction and renovation
operations, and process and equipment changes. Communicate with contractors on
EHS risks and site requirements and assure they have adequate resource to meet
the requirements of Baxter EHS at aspects of their works.

- Establish a system that ensures EHS considerations are integrated into the
engineering operations.
- Other works appointed by manager.

Requirements
- At least bachelor degree above in Science or Engineering.

- More than 5 years of experience in the field of engineering and maintenance.

- Development and implementation of preventive maintenance and troubleshooting programs.

- Be good to English both written and spoken.

- Be able to design and read both mechanical and electrical drawing.

- Be honest, positive, careful and sureness.

- Good cooperative ability and teamwork attitude.
