? Integrated local demand and supply plan aligned with the Regional Supply chain strategy, give input to 5-year supply chain plan in line with the regional strategy: including budgeting, S&OP, production localization.

? Work with Regional Sales Managers and Customer Service to consolidate sales forecast from China business units for uploading and validation.

? Validate sales forecast and understand drivers for demand changes.

? Work with Sales and Marketing to ensure that their market and customer knowledge and plans are reflected in the forecasts.

? Responsible for ABC classification & Forecast Accuracy report with clear assumptions and supported data-based fact and history.

? Lead the implementation of opportunities to improve forecast accuracy. These could include collaboration with customers and channel partners and effective use of end-consumer sales data.

? Work with Product and Finance team to ensure PIPO SKUs are aligned with Forecast Planning horizons and Customers Order listing.

? Optimize the cost / service trade-offs. Facilitates decision making by preparing, chairing and participating in the S&OP meetings and involving all relevant decision makers and functional perspectives, within the S&OP structure.

? To be responsible for collation and submission of forecast, inventory and SLOB data for reporting and monthly S&OP discussion.

? Manage the inventory and replenishment of China warehouses.

? Define target safety stock for different item class level in alignment with regional stocking policy and market requirements.

? Achieve optimal finished goods inventory, materials, maximum utilization of production capacity and optimal customer satisfaction. Ensure E2E planning of the supply chain including Demand forecast, Direct purchase and Outsourced production are aligned with the agreed business plan and SLA.

? Ensure materials return, ageing, write-offs are aligned with agreed procedures.

? Actively engage with third party warehousing providers to ensure and issues are resolved 

? Take up projects from time to time based on business needs to improve supply chain performance

? Participate in pre-deployment activities such as parameter setting, system testing and gap analysis to ensure successful implementation of system/ tool.

? To coordinate with other functions: CS, Product, Sales & Marketing, Finance to ensure related activities will be run smoothly.

? To develop and deploy continuous improvement project on standard logistics process, such as warehouse management, shipping, receiving, forwarding, import and export etc.

? Review supply chain processes and recommend any improvements

? Perform other duties as assigned based on business requirement

任职要求：

? Possess at least 8 years' experience in Supply Chain Management & Demand Planning, FMCG, lubricant or Food & Beverage related industry experience is preferred.

? Min. Degree holder in Supply Chain Management or equivalent. Preference for APICS certified

? Experience in using SAP with demand & supply planning tool or systems is mandatory

? Strong analytical, very numerical and detail orientated with strong results 

? Solid experience of S&OP and forecasting processes

? Experience managing logistics and warehouse would be an advantage

? Strong computer skills with advanced Excel Skills such as Pivot Table and V-Lookup as mandatory

? A strong collaborator, with a willingness to take initiatives, drive change and to lead by example   

? Strong organizational and communication skills, can work independently under challenging environment

? Good command with both written and spoken Mandarin and English
