 Responsbility:

? Assist translation of overall strategy into area business plan through collaboration with CEN contract, trademanagers, and origins

? Drive overall import performance (volume, revenue and overall profitability) for GCA market across Maerskand Hamburg Sud brand through cross-functional collaboration

? Assess and analyze market trends and changes in demand patterns on China import, highlight risks and keyvalue added opportunities to business and share with stakeholders

? Be area product expertise on trade, familiar with key product differentiators, competition and make productrecommendation to CEN stakeholders.

? Identify opportunities to bridge gaps between Ocean and L&S, collect customer insights of end to endrequirement, facilitate tender coordination for GCA controlled accounts.

? Develop key initiatives to achieve area detention & demurrage(D&D) target, manage freetime requestthrough effective scheme, develop forward-looking product   

 Critical competencies：

? Strong knowledge of shipping, logistics and GCA market, candidatewith import related experience is a plus? Excellent communication and stakeholder management

? Result orientated, ability to set the right priorities, solid planningskill, able to work systematically

? Self-disciplined individual with a sense of urgency, high learningagility and change mindset

? Strong research, analysis and assessment of information skill,proficient in communication of insights to key decision-makers.

? Capable of conflict management and skillful at indirect influence

? Problem solving mindset and great team player
