POSITION SUMMARY:

Proactive order management with varied complexities and specific priorities.

Collaborate with customers and internal partners to drive best service to support business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Manage sales orders from order placement to product delivery
2. Ensure SKU level accuracy of terms, prices & dates
3. Represent company in communication with customers
4. Work with Sales Reps to solve account related issues
5. Support internal order process

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years working experience
• Retail industry/Customer service experience is preferred
• Microsoft Office & SAP skill are preferred
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Proactive attitude & attention to details
