职位描述

Job Responsibilities

  

1.     Lead a team to drive HR initiatives that is align to business strategy and support the achievement of the organization's business objectives.

2.     Partner and coach managers in key HR processes (performance management, comp & ben, disciplinary etc.)

3.     Manage the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing and hiring of qualified job applicants; collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.

4.     Build and foster a culture of employee engagement to reinforce the organization’s business strategies and culture for continuous growth and improvement.

5.     Nurture a positive working environment.

6.     Assess training needs; organize learning programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.

7.     Continuously improve HR practices/processes.

8.     Maintain compliance with employment related laws and regulations; recommend best practices; review policies and practices to maintain compliance.

9.     Manage corporate and regulatory reporting.

10.   Manage employee welfare and payroll.

 

Job Requirements:

  

1.     University degree (master’s level) including advanced education or training in one of the following: Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering or similar.
2.     Business fluent or native Chinese and English.
3.     At least 10 years of relevant working experience in a MNC (Manufacturing industry preferred)
4.     Communicate effectively, transparently and in a target group oriented way: Situation-appropriate, easy-to-understand.
5.     Communicate topics at the right time, express oneself in a manner that is convincing and winning towards different stakeholders (different management levels, cultural backgrounds,...) in the organization.
6.     Support collaboration, promotion of strong functioning teams Own role-appropriate integration into team, possibly Leadership and development of a virtual team.
7.     Analytical course of action when tackling problems, utilization of methods and instruments; Identification and development of correlations and consequences of decisions.
8.     Search, require, implement innovations and optimizations, scrutinize existing processes etc.; Manage change processes, demand changes, handle fears.
9.      Encouraging positive interactions within the workplace, whether between employees, departments or managers and their employees.
10.    Experience with software used to combine a number of necessary HR functions, such as storing employee data, managing payroll, recruitment, benefits administration, time and attendance, employee performance management, and tracking competency and training records.
11.    Identify, recognize and acknowledge stakeholders with the objective of influencing and engaging them.

12.    Understanding of the various parts of the P+F business and how they are interconnected; ability to make smart decisions in any situation.
