职位描述


  

  • Set up, update and execute the related policies and procedures on administrative works, and make sure the implementation smoothly.

  • Supervise, monitor and improve the daily administrative services, Including Working Meals, Cleaning, Security, Shuttle Bus, Office Stationery, etc.

  • Manage the Admin. venders to enhance their service capacity in a professional and efficient manner.

  • Keep the office area, meeting rooms, cafeteria, toilets and factory neat and arranged well, and maintain a good working environment.

  • Support employee’s travel on flight/train tickets booking and hotel booking, and try to control the T&E cost with a cost-saving sense.

  • Arrange the logistics well to the necessary visitors such as hotel reservation, transportation, flight booking, etc. in a timely manner.

  • Utilize independent judgment and analysis for the coordination and monitoring of any administrative tasks and/or projects.

  • Provide the support on Visa & Invitation letter applications.

  • Plan, design and organize various of employee activities in a regular basis to enhance employee’s passion, such as Annual Party, Outing and regular employee activities.

  • Monitor the spending on administrative works, and control the Admin. cost in the day-to-day work.

  • Other duties as assigned by manager.

                      

 

  

Qualifications/Requirements

  

  • Bachelor's degree, major in administration is preferred.

  • Minimum of 3+ years of administrative work experiences.

  • Can be independent to handle the administrative works with self-motivated and passionate attitude.

  • Strong sense of responsibility, good communication, organization and coordination skills.

  • Familiar with Microsoft office software.

  • Good command of English.
