The Senior Quality Engineer will be based in Zhuhai .

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

• Mainly focusing on project PCBA or Box build process quality control and improvement.

• Ensure the alignment of quality acceptance criteria between Flextronics and Customer.

• Handle customer feedback on quality and drive CFT to do improvement for nonconformance product.

• Prepare quality reports/documents and establish quality improvement program.

• Conduct regular quality review meetings with other relevant departments.

• Initiates corrective action requests as needed, drive team for problem investigation, corrective and preventive action taken and tracks to satisfactory completion for both internal quality problems and customer complaints.

• Develops and initiates standards and methods for inspection of Quality Assurance Inspection and Post Pack Audit, issue quality work instruction.

• Responsible for coordinate customer quality audits and initiates corrective action requests and tracks to satisfactory completion for any audit findings.

• Buy-off the change and validation to ensure they are compliance with both internal and customer requirement.

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years working experience in PCBA quality area;

• Be familiar with PCBA manufacture process and IPC standard;

• Good English in writing and speaking is a must;

• Strong leadership in all activities relating to quality within CFT;

• Proficient with product quality management and quality control system;

• Good knowledge in FDA ,ISO13485, GMP system is a plus.
