1.销售合同及其他文件资料的管理、归类、整理、建档、保管与保密；

  

2.订单的维护（协助业务经理下单、及时安排生产、维护客户出单、确保订单的及时有效性）；

  

3.统计与制作销售相关的日报、周报、月报、月与年季度报表；

  

4.负责安排及布置销售会议会场以及管理发放促销品；

  

5.负责审核销售人员差旅费、核算销售员的奖金；

  

6.负责收集销售员的活动总结报告，并根据销售活动规范进行审核；

  

7.协助销售人员做好上门客户的接待与电话来访工作；

  

8.新销售人员入职销售部各项政策与制度的培训；5）促销品、资料库存管理及发放

  

 

  

2、主要职位要求：

  

1）大专以上学历；

  

2）具有1年以上相关工作经验，条件优秀的应届生也可

3）善长沟通，责任心强，耐心者优先考虑

4）具备一定的英语读写能力，听说能力较好者优先
