Job Title: Accountant

    

Report to: Finance and Accounting Manager

    

Position Objective

    

The accountant is for in charge of accountant receivable related and other support financial analysis to improve data quality.

    

    

Key Responsibilities

    

• Managing the sales and AR related account, ensure all of billing complies to company policy and follow up standard process
• Follow up all the vendor claims including booking and communication with VM team
• Ensure sales and AR transaction accurate and timely in the month end
• Prepare the output VAT list monthly and make sure all AR invoices are updated into system
• Answering internal and external queries regarding to billing and AR timely
• Analysis AR aging to ensure that there is no unidentified overdue and coordinate with treasury to drive receivable
• Others if any

                                

    

Education and Experience

• University degree in Finance/Economics/Accounting
• Power user of Microsoft Excel. Hyperion Enterprise and ERP system (e.g. SAP) experience preferred
• 2 + years of experience in financial and accountng within a large multinational company
• Fluency in Chinese & English
• Good communication skills and cross-function relationship
