Job Purpose

? Provides competency in the area of responsibility to drive efficiency in execution.

? Drives functional excellence in the area of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

? Following established procedures and guidelines, performs a wide variety of project administration duties for assigned team(s).

? Responsible for gathering and summarizing data to support order input

? Demonstrates accountability for completing work assignments; meets commitments and deadlines.

? Maintains the confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary technical, financial and commercial information

? Perform material tracking, shipping / receiving functions as required.

? Provides accurate usage reports from data obtained in SAP on a predetermined schedule and as needed.

? Provides pricing and availability on parts when requested. This requires business system interface as well as working with MRO planners.

? Responsible for providing invoices as requested

? Act as an administrative resource to internal customer (colleagues) to resolve inquiries and problems related to projects.

? Participates in identifying and implementing project tracking and reporting enhancements to improve productivity.

? Proficient in using SAP Business Processes

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / WORK EXPERIENCE

? Bachelors / Masters in Business Administration.

? Typical 2-5 years of relevant experience in Business Operations Management, Full Lifecycle of  Projects delivering in Project Management Concept..

? Should have gone through complete Project life cycle in Project Management Organizations (Order booking to project controls as well closure under US Gaap and SOX compliance) & Operations Support.

? Exposure to Global Work style, engagement with Clients sitting at remote locations.
