Key Responsibilities

1.Design and execute studies using new CAR-T product candidates. Develop and improve appropriate CAR-T generation and validation workflow.

2.Validate targets, enhance CAR construct design, and explore therapeutic potential. Extra experience with library screening and HTS assays will be preferred.

3.Show outstanding trouble-shooting skills and be able to train junior scientists in relevant fields.

4.Manage CAR-T generation and in vitro bioassay projects, follow up on the progress of all the projects and report to senior management regularly.

Qualifications

1.MS with 2-plus years of experience or Doctor in the field of in biology, cell biology, biochemistry, immunology or related field.

2.Hands-on experience in CAR-T or cell therapy. Experience in T cells, T cell engineering, and the production of allogeneic CAR T cells.

3.Working knowledge of CAR-T design and function, T-cell biology, immunotherapies, lentiviral or retroviral technologies.

4.Experience in developing immune mediated cell cytotoxicity, cell proliferation, cytokine release, immune check point-centered assays.

5.Knowledge of assay development principle and regulatory guidance for assay development, validation and data analysis.

6.Demonstration in goal-orientated work fashion, innovation, problem solving, self-driving and passion.

7.Excellent documentation skills. Be able to prepare documents including data summaries, technical, analytical, and scientific reports.

8.Bilingual in English and Chinese, with good communication skills.
