- Business Unit/Function: HR

- Location: Beijing

- Responsible for the rollout of market Learning solutions .

- Act as a key partner providing capabilities and expertise to the Team for the design and build of the related Learning solutions.

- Provide support or directly involved in the facilitation of an identified set of learning solution to ensure an impeccable execution of the Learning portfolio relevant for the scope.

- Deliver existing learning solutions, either F2F or on line for a given portfolio ensuring that learner acquires and is confident and prepared to apply the content.

- Understand, assess and report Market’s Learning and capability needs and priorities, based on the local business and people strategies (MBS, OMP)

- Collect and define the local portfolio for learning needs including ad hoc (non shareable) (e.g., competencies linked to specific field sales realities, local compliance, market based products, unique factory’s technologies...)

- Be part of the Learning and Capability building functional community, actively collaborating with ideas on new solutions, external benchmarks, learning technologies…

- Partner LMs and HRBPs in selecting participant’s pipeline based on the local needs

- Partner, as Coach/Expert, and in cooperation with the Leadership and Team Development Manager, with the local HBPs for the building and the execution of the People development plans

- 3 to 5 years of experience in the facilitation and the delivery of learning sessions addressed to a multiple target of learners (including senior leaders);

- Good interpersonal and communication skills

- Fluency in English and Mandarin

- Working under pressure of various and sometime conflicting demands. Passion for delivery training and coaching sessions

- High level of coaching and facilitation skill
