· HR monthly report for branch/department分公司/部门人力资源月度报表的制作
· Responsible for other HR work assigned by superior其他上级布置的任务
Detailed Responsibilities 具体工作职责
HR documents collection人力资源文件收集
l Assist with new employee orientation procedure, including personal materials collection, contract and JD sign-off, establish new employee profile 协助新员工入职手续办理，包括入职材料的收集、合同与职位说明书的签订、建立人事档案等工作
l Assist with collecting new employee probation form, handling probation completion procedure 协助发放及收集新员工试用期考核表，办理新员工转正手续
l Assist with collecting internal transfer form 协助发放及收集员工的转岗通知
HR monthly report for branch/department分公司/部门人力资源月度报表的制作
l Complete HR monthly report for branch/department and ensure the data accuracy 管理月度相关人事报表，确保数据准确性
Responsible for other HR work assigned by superior负责其他上级布置的人力资源相关工作
l Responsible for other recruitment work and supporting work from other module assigned by superior 负责上级安排的招聘或者其他模块的支持工作
