General Responsibilities 主要工作职责

· Execute customer reports for certain key account customers according to defined processes. 负责根据已定流程和报表要求为特定大客户提供报表服务。

Detailed Responsibilities 具体工作职责

· Take responsibility to ensure handle information and data by internal and external timely & qualified, as well as timely communication with various parties. 报表分析员需要负责并确保内外部相关信息传递的高质量和及时性，以为与各方沟通的及时性。

· Check the data quality of requested info in CW1 which shall be updated from Operation team to ensure its timely and accurately updated. 检查CW1中报表要求的信息的完整性，及时跟进并协调各方以确保数据的准确并更新的及时性。

· Take responsibility to ensure high report quality, timely and qualified. 确保所负责的报表的质量和及时性。

· Be acknowledging for handling procedures and can be solved problems at first time with professional method, or reporting to team leader for further help. 知晓并执行相关的操作流程，能在***时间专业地解决相关问题，或者及时上报主管寻求进一步帮助或指导。

· Keep service maintain in high level and minimize the complaint of any workmanship. 确保高质量的跟进，并***限度降低各方的不满意的诉求。

· Administer and monthly collect KAM Code list updated from CN KAM team, share it to FIN and QC for further evaluation. 负责每月收集KAM 客户清单和相关的CW1 Code List, 汇总后发送给财务部和质量控制部门以作进一步核对。

· Assist in the Monthly KAM Report 协助完成月度KAM部门报表，并收集KAM的相关补充意见。

· Measure KAM Dynamics KPI 考量KAM部门的Dynamics 相关的KPI。

· CIP: improvement proposals/support in implement. 执行相关改进计划。

Job Requirements 任职资格

· Computer Literacy: MS Office, especially excel 熟练运用EXCEL和微软的各种办公软件

· Service minded to towards the internal customers (KAM) 具有内部客户服务意识

· Communication skills via email and verbally 良好的口头和书面的沟通技巧

· Team work 良好的团队协作能力

· Structured and eye for details. 具有系统组织能力，做事有规划并注重细节

· Ability to define requirements, analyze facts, and determine relevant solutions/actions to be taken 有了解商务部同事需求并就事实做出分析的能力，并对此做出相应的解决方案以及需执行的具体落实方案

· Working experience in forwarding industry. 有相关货代从业经验
