Project introduction

1. Project Vino
2. Stage 1: functionalities realization in OA system covering: budget tracking report, accrual list supported with contract database & cash forecasting
3. Stage 2: approval / business process changes of OA system which are impacted from new DOA (delegation of authorization): impact on existing operation processes
4. Stage 3: OA – SAP interface (with standardized 3rd party tools accepted by both vendors)
5. Explanation of OA system: the portal which assembles key business processes including: expense report, purchase requisition, annual budget & forecast approval, contract review, HR & admin related processes, etc.
6. Project COMO: the Costing Method Optimization in Beijing’s SAP CO module, with main targets (To-Be) of the project:
7. Configure the standard cost of product / semi-finished product according to annual budget of manufacturing
8. Implement a systematical way of allocating the variances arise from purchase & manufacturing process between inventory accounts (balance sheet) & P&L accounts following physical flow of inventory movement
9. Method simplification, remain processes which are necessary & easy to understand in the eyes of financial and business leaders, optimize the others
10. Making plant’s financial reports useful for future process & cost optimization

Responsibilities & scope of the Project Manager

1. Organize the change management communication covering all related functions
2. Organize the project related reviews and tasks, including user requirement analysis & clarification, project design discussion, user acceptance test, user training, master data & transactional data preparation, etc.
3. Periodical following up for project milestones, deliverables, and action plan
4. Organize & participate the user test, document the test results, and communicate the test result to project teams (vendor team, and user team)
5. Documentation which are necessary for the projects
6. Ad hoc works & analysis

Qualifications and Experience:

1. SAP project experiences in either project management, user requirement analysis, design, or being as user leader or user representative
2. Understands the main functionalities of SAP MM/PP, or FI/CO
3. Good understanding on Chinese local OA (office automation) systems
4. Good at English (in reading / talking / writing)
