Job Purpose

Deploy Engineering Services standard , i.e. .AMS=AMF+Maximo  Support BD in engineering services.  Some marketing role and marketing analysis for engineering services  Support mobilisation in engineering services  Operational support in engineering services.  Monitor operation to be compliant with company standard   Comonitoring operation safety to comply with HSE standard  Support operation OECM  Effective Collabration with segment operation   

 

Support mobilisation in engineering services

Operational support in engineering services.  Monitor operation to be compliant with company standard  - Co-monitoring operation safety to comply with HSE standard Make sure to understand the importance and the meaning of all Sodexo quality standards (Incontournables) and ensure implementation  - Conduct onsite engineering service audit in line with company Business Process Manual. Cordinate and support to establish work flow process in line with company Business Process Manual. Manage, maintain and repair the building systems of client  Exchange and induct good practice both in site management and repair solution  To initiate, direct, monitor and control daily performance of operations, maintenance and engineering team members, and ensure that all activities are performed in a safe and efficient manner  Monitor execution of PPM healthy in segments  Monitor site engineering service continuous improvement work tasks, alert or highlight issues found, and report upper management timely.  Support energy management, Pdm, small project management as business need  Work with external partner   - Effective Collabration with business partner  Develop and manage operation plans like business continuity, deployment, communications, etc. adopting industry best practices  Work with segment on evolutions of Client business and all other relevant information about Client, in particular any relevant changes in organization and changes of interlocutors identified in the web of influence - Attend client’s meetings as needed  Participate in external and internal process reviews to achieve service delivery excellence - Ensure pro-active communication with the Customers during site support  Be thoroughly conversant with and implement contract requirements in terms of work scope, operational hours, service level, etc. - Handle complaints as needed   Busines Management   Manage and monitoring engineering standard (AMS/Maximo) Compliance

Provide technical training as needed  Support site on opportunities to increase sales, manage costs and optimize profits 

Support operation OECM   Safety   Monitor, audit and provide training on safety and potential risks of site operation per AMS safety guidance.
