职责描述：
The position is responsible to ensure highly technical operation implement in Chemical & Physical lab and provide training and guidelines to daily chemical functional operation and daily management.

Specific Responsibilities 具体工作职责
- Carry out Chemical Test for chemicals, production intermediates, finished goods, water, packing materials and medical devices as SOP defined. 依据SOP 的要求完成化学原料、中间体、成品、水系统、包材及医疗器械的化学实验。
- Ensure highly technical testing operation successful to implement. 确保高技术的实验能够成功完成。
- Organize Chemical & Physical lab activities and improve efficiency of lab testing. 组织化学&物理实验室的工作并提高测试的效率。
- Establish systems to manage and maintain test instruments/equipment, reference standards and reagents. 建立系统管理和维护实验仪器/设备、参考标准和试剂。
- Manage the toxic reagents under strict control as regulatory requirement. 依据法规要求管理有毒试剂在严格的控制下。
- Investigate any OOL case as Baxter standard procedure. Provide technical supports to solve any potential risk during chemical testing process.依据百特标准调查所有超标事件。对化学实验过程中所有潜在的风险提供技术支持并解决。
- Review all relevant test report. 复核所有相关的实验报告。
- Work out stability test planning and carry out stability test according to the schedule. Establish database for trends evaluation. 安排稳定性实验计划并依据时间表完成稳定性实验。为趋势评估建立数据库。
- Carry out all R&D tests incl. reviewing and setting new product testing method, methodology study, premixing in lab and trial production, stability test, drafting new product quality standard.完成新产品的所有实验工作，包括新产品检测方法的复核和建立，方法学研究，实验室工艺研究，新产品试生产，稳定性实验，质量标准的建立。
- Assist to carry out technical analysis for customer complaint. 对客户投诉协助完成技术分析。
- Maintain the working areas clean and neat. 负责维持工作区域内卫生。
- Observe and monitor behavior, provide feedback for at risk behavior and reinforce safe behaviors in order to prevent accidents. 遵守和约束自己的行为举止,对危险行为做出反馈, 加强安全行为,避免事故发生。
- Obtain appropriate EHS training and report incidents of noncompliance with EHS requirements or failure to carry out EHS responsibilities, which endanger the environment or people. 接受相应的EHS 培训,报告不符合EHS 要求的事故或对环境和人员造成伤害的行为.
- Understand and implement Baxter, division and regulatory EHS requirements as applicable to this position.理解并执行百特公司EHS 对该职位的相关政策。
- Any other work authorized by Chemical & Physical Lab Supervisor. 其它由化学&物理实验室主管授权的工作。


Requirements 职位要求

-At least a bachelor degree in pharmaceutical or Chemistry.
至少要求药学或化学相关的学士学位。
- More than 5 years experience in laboratory analysis.
在实验室分析方面超过5 年的经验。
- Good command skills on English and computer.
具有良好的掌握英语和计算机的技能。
- Master operation skills on various lab test instrument.
具有熟练操作实验室仪器的技能。
- Good leadership and human relationship skills.
良好的领导能力和人际关系技能。
