Job Summary：

    

The Order Management Analyst is responsible for executing the fulfilment process for all the product for assigned market(s). The incumbent is accountable for navigating operational deliverables with specific focus on sales order management and logistics across vehicles, parts & accessories, and general merchandise. This position will work closely with RHQ functions as well as 3PLs while ensuring they drive consistency within the operational processes in Asia Pacific, as well as the primary conduit for trade compliance, warranty services and technical service functions.

    

    

Key Responsibilities:

    

• Full order-to-cash cycle responsibility
• Managing fulfilment of demand for vehicles through pipeline including requested order management or via an allocation model
• Monitoring of Parts, Accessories and Merchandise (PAM) order process ensuring completeness and exception management through idoc management and systemic troubleshooting
• Execute multi modal delivery with distribution and transportation partners ensure timely arrival of orders to customers
• Manage 3PL provider and attain daily operations service levels, hold review meetings, driving improvements goals
• Maintenance of SAP to ensure alignment with GTM strategies impacting vehicle visibility, sales orders, exclusions, inventory allocations and dealer facing portals
• Processing of returns and transportation damages including necessary internal investigation to adjudicate disputes
• Cognizance of relevant FTA policies and act as consultant to overseas partner driving policy compliance
• Knowledge of China Customs policy, controller of nominated Customs broker, advisor of customs broker workflow
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives/projects including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as/when required to implement new and/or improved systems
• As part of a larger Asia Pacific Operations team, provide input and work along side team members to drive continuous improvement within Operations

                                            

Key Requirements:

    

• Minimum1-3 years of related Operations, Order Management and Logistics experience
• Familiar with MS Office
• Working knowledge of SAP ECC6 or equivalent ERP systems, Super Users/SAP preferred
• Familiar with supply chain preferably in automotive/electronics/retail or fast fashion sectors
• Active problem solver with ability to manage ambiguity
