Responsibility:   

职责

    

1. Responsible for the site office routine work, answer the call and reception works

负责项目办公室综合日常管理工作，接听电话，接待访客等；

2. In charge of the incoming and outgoing documents/expressage; archives management

负责处理各类文件／快递收发、整理、归档等工作；

3. Administration and office stationery procurement; maintain the contact with HQ and other related companies

必要办公用品的采购，与总部及各关联单位的事务联系；

4. Responsible for the daily petty cash movements according to HQ cash management policy; Preparing monthly cash spot taking report

根据总部财务制度负责日常现金收支，月末制作现金出纳表；

5. Meeting Preparation and give assistance to managers for completing the Minutes of Meeting

会议筹备，协助负责人会议纪要和文字材料的拟写、整理工作；

6. Fulfil the tasks assigned

完成上级交办的其他工作

    

Pre-requisites:   

任职要求

    

1. Undergraduate degree

本科学历；

2. Above 2 years relevant experience;

2年以上相关工作经验

3. Good in English reading, speaking and writing, skilled in computer application.

具备熟练的英语说写能力，计算机应用能力；

4. Strong communication; positive attitude in work with innovation ability; strong team work

善于沟通，工作积极主动具创新意识；富团队合作精神。
