The Role

Job Title: Business Manager Software and Total Work Station

Report to: Marketing and segment sales manager

Direct reports: N/A

Mission:

Build up the software and total work(SW&TWS) station business to be the market leader on the Chinese market.  Develop and lead the sales team consisting of both direct and indirect resources.

Major responsibilities:

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for Orders Received, Orders Invoiced and profitable market development for SW&TWS
• Develop the SW&TWS sales volume following key ratios of assembly equipment vs SW&TWS sales targets
• Preparing, defining and executing the business plan including marketing activities and KPI’s in line with the defined SW&TWS strategy
• Development of special concepts and strategies to adapt the SW&TWS business to the market needs in China.
• Development of the locally based SW&TWS sales ambassadors for best support of solution business in the different zones
• Set up a strong consulting sales team in order to train the sales organization and generate a maximum support for MVI sales.
• Development of the existing SW&TWS customer base.
• Frequent communication and co-operation with VP synatec in Germany and business manager TWS in Sweden for best practice and reference case sharing
• Interact with other departments inside  the organization to ensure the proper handling of customer requirements

What we expect of you? 

Education

• University degree or above within field of engineering, preferably related to software

Experience

• At least 8 years working experience with 3 year experience in management role is preferred
• Knowledge of Quality Systems in  Motor Vehicle
• Proven track record in sales/marketing with excellent results
• Experience in successfully leading and developing a sales team
• Experience in relevant industrial field

Knowledge

• Mechanical, electrical, and/or software knowledge
• Strong PC skill is a must

Language

• Fluent in English both in spoken and written
• Good command of Chinese language in spoken and written
