1. Responsible for purchasing control.
2. Download purchasing data from certain systems, analyze the data and summarize the findings.
3. Based on weekly or monthly data, collect and review the information from each purchasing engineers. Transfer information to related departments.
4. Coordinate with internal departments to finalize the department report monthly.
5. Conduct regular meetings for Supply Chain department.
6. Support department to achieve purchasing KPI target.
7. Moderate workshops(cost down, process improvement, CIP etc.) for Supply Chain department
8. Other projects assigned by Supply Chain director

任职要求:

1. Bachelor degree. Engineering education background is preferred.
2. Proficient at Office software like Word, Excel, PPT.
3. Good communication skills in both written and spoken English
4. Self-motivated, able to work independent and under pressure, to achieve the requested timing and quality of assigned tasks
5. 2-5 years working experience in purchasing or supply chain area
