岗位职责:

1、 缺陷件分析；
1) 根据缺陷件分析流程, 对所有0km退回件和投诉件做100%检测分析；对售后退回件和投诉件按QMC规定的比例进行检测。分析并提供分析报告供责任部门改进；
2) 对分析流程的更新和补充；
Defect Parts Analysis；
1) Analyze (QMP) 0km returned parts or (QMC) field returned parts according to QMP or QMC defect parts analysis procedure. Provide analysis report to related department for improvement；
2) Update and complement failure analysis procedure；
2、 检测设备规划；
为了提高对缺陷件的分析和检测能力，对检测设备和分析能力进行评估，编制投资和更新检测设备计划；
Plan Test Equipment；
In order to enhance the failure analyzing and testing capability, assess the capability of testing and analyzing equipment, compile and update investment plan；
3、 客户支持；
当客户发生质量问题时，需在客户现场协助客户共同寻找事故原因排除故障；
Customer Support；
Once quality issue happened in customer plant, support customer to find the failure root cause and solve the problem ；
4、 培训；
根据分析流程和产品检测标准，对技术员进行分析和检测方法的培训和指导。
Training；
According to the analysis procedure and product standard, train and coach technician about analysis and test method.

任职资格:

电器电子类专业，本科或以上学历；
Bachelor degree or above in electricity and electron or related areas；
3年以上电器产品维修经验；
Above 3 years work experience in maintain product of electricity；
熟悉汽车工作原理，有汽车维修的经验；沟通能力和动手能力。
Knowledge of the work principle of vehicle, have experience in vehicle service; Communication skills, hands-on ability.
