This role is to involve in sourcing, screen and interview candidate by preparing candidate for the job while the whole process will be managed by Principal Consultant or Manager they report to.

Key responsibilities:

·         Independently search for candidates with familiarity of all sourcing channels based on job description;

·         Timely input good candidates’ CV into Profile system;

·         Communication with candidates via telephone and conduct face-to-face interview to select qualified candidates and gain useful information;

·         Identify qualified candidates and submit results with solid reasons;

·         Prepare candidate during interview session to make it success;

·         Present sufficient candidate information when attending Morning Review;

·         Achieving daily, monthly and quarterly KPIs consistently;

Key requirements:

·         Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years’ experience with previous recruitment experience as a plus;

• Good communication and interpersonal skill;
• Ability to thrive in a fast-pace and performance-drive environment;

·         Demonstrate high level of self-driven and self-motivated spirit;
