岗位职责：
1. Participate in objective setting, plan development and performance review of plant performance
参与目标设定、计划发展和车间工作回顾。
2. Initiates, implements, and manages the plant maintenance program based on best practices and initiates recording when necessary.
启动、 实施和管理基于最佳实践的厂维修程序和启动记录在必要时。
3. Monitors the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment and initiates recording when necessary.
在必要时，有效管理零部件、维修器材、设备等的记录。
4. Maintains and repairs maintenance shop equipment.
保养及修理车间设备。
5. Establishes and maintains a computerized maintenance management system(CMMS) for tracking work orders, spare parts, and maintenance history of plant equipment.
建立和维护计算机的管理系统(CMMS)， 用来跟踪工作订单、 备件和厂房设备维护历史记录。
6. Prepare reports, analyze data, and makes recommendations for improving plant operations and solving maintenance - related problems.
编写报告，分析数据，并为改进车间操作和解决工程维护-相关问题提出建议。
7. Supervises plant maintenance personnel.
管理工厂维修人员。
8. Ensures that maintenance technicians are adequately trained, equipped, and motivated so that the maintenance program can be accomplished in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner.
确保维修技工训练有素，这样的维修项目才能安全、 及时和有效的完成。
9. Communicates regularly with all maintenance technicians, both individually and as a group, to ensure good two-way communication concerning maintenance issues.
定期与所有的维修技工沟通，单独或团体，以确保良好的双向沟通，解决问题。
10. Assists with hiring of maintenance personnel.
协助维修技工的招聘。
11. Conducts employee performance reviews based on job descritions to determine competency, knowlegde, and contribution of the maintenance technicians.
根据工作能力、 知识和所做的贡献对技工进行绩效考核。
12. Maintains and updates operating and training manuals for the maintenance department.
维护和更新操作，培训维修部技工专业技能。
13. Ensures that all maintenance technicians are trained on the most updated version of the operating procedures.
确保所有的维修技术人员都受过公司最新版本操作流程的培训。
14. Monitors operation of plant equipment and systems.
监视车间设备和系统的操作。
15. Reviews the operation of plant equipment and systems constantly, to minimize unplanned downtime, anticipate solve problems in a timely manner, and to identify opportunities for improvement.
回顾车间设备和系统运行程序，尽量减少计划外停机时间，适时改进方法。
16. Initiates and carries out projects that improve efficiency and/or reduce operating costs.
启动和执行项目，提高效率/或降低运营成本。
17.Tracks, analyzes and improves key maintenance parameters such as asset utilization, maintenace cost, PM compliance, schedule compliance, ect.
跟踪、分析和改进维修参数，如资产利用率、维护成本、PM标准、计划标准等等。
18. Maintains safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.
保证安全、 健康，维持环境政策和程序。
19. Ensures city, county, state, and federal regulations relating to the maintenance department are met all times.
确保任何时间维修部门都能为公司任何地方任何人服务。
20. Directs, maintains, and enforces the safety program for the maintenance department; reviews safety records to uphold standards of maximum safety for all maintenance technicians.
维修部门一定要维护并执行安全程序；审查所有的维修技术人员回顾安全标准，防止出现事故。
21. Coordinates activities with Plant Operations Departments.
协调与车间生产部的工作。
22. Communicates directly with the operations department to coordinate maintenance and repair work in process areas.
直接与运营部门沟通，在不影响生产情况下进行维修。
23. Communicates directly with QA laboratory to ensure effective participation by the maintenance technicians in the implementation of QA policies and procedures.
直接与 QA 实验室沟通，保证维修技术人员贯彻实施QA政策和程序。
24. Assist production dept.to do the safety measures when in production. Awareness of environment is strong.
全面配和生产部门落实生产作业过程中的各项安全措施。环保意识较强。

任职资格
1. Collage degree in a related technical field and from three to five years experience in the maintenance and/or operation of a process manufacturing facility or equivalent combination of education and experience.
大专学历或者同等学历毕业，技术相关专业，有3-5年同岗位工作经验。
2. Experience in chemicals plant is a plus.
化工企业工作经验优先。
3. Experience with repairs and maintenance of processing equipment.
有设备维修和保养经验。
4. To perform this job successfully, an individual must have expertise and proficiency with basic office computer software, eg. Word processing, email and spreadsheets.
办公软件操作熟练，如Word、电子邮件或者电子表格。
5. Must have the ability to work effectively with Computerized Maintenance Management System(CMMS) and instruct others on its operation. Knowledge of PLC Siemens and ability to program that is a plus.
能有效地使用电脑维修管理系统(CMMS) 和指导他人。懂西门子 PLC知识并会运用者优先。
6. Knowledge of English
懂英语。
7. Cooperate with production department to the work of safety protection, in avoid of safety problems.
配合生产部门做好安全防范工作，消除安全隐患。
8. Necessary occupational Health management knowledge.
必要的职业卫生管理知识。
