Professional technical writers oriented towards Siemens industrial products to bridge the gap between products and users

面向西门子全球化工业产品的专业化技术文档工程师，用技术文档架设起产品与用户之间的一座桥梁

Job responsibilities（工作职责）:

1. Write and update various English technical documentation (software and/or hardware product manuals, online help, etc.) for Siemens globalized drive and CNC products in accordance with Siemens technical writing guidelines to help the customer understand and properly apply the products. The main content of technical documentation covers product/system installation, connection, commissioning, operation, trouble-shooting, and so forth.

根据西门子技术文档开发规范编写并更新西门子全球化驱动和数控产品的英文技术文档（软硬件产品使用手册、在线帮助等），以帮助客户了解并正确使用产品。手册内容主要涵盖产品/系统的安装、接线、调试、操作、故障检修等。

2. Work closely with project development teams or subject matter experts to have a deep understanding of project requirements, product design documents and reference materials , and to continuously improve the usability of technical documentation

与项目研发团队或主题专家紧密合作，深入理解项目需求、产品设计文档及参考文献并持续改善技术文档的可用性。

3. Understand product features and user experience by taking a hands-on approach

采用动手实践的方式理解产品设计及用户体验

4. Finish assigned technical documentation translation tasks

完成所要求的技术文档翻译任务

5. Deliver quality technical documentation in a timely manner

按时交付合格的技术文档

6. Make continuous improvement within the area of your work

在工作领域内展开持续改进措施。

Job requirements（职位要求）:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above majoring in English (TEM-8, level: Excellent) or relevant technical fields(CET-6 with excellent scores); Minimum 2 years of work experience in technical writing and translation.

英语专业或相关技术专业本科以上学历。英语专业要求具有英语专业八级（TEM-8）证书， 成绩优秀；技术类专业要求具有CET-6级证书， 成绩优秀。 至少两年技术文档编写工作经验及翻译经验

2. Excellent command of English writing skills and oral English ability

具备优秀的英文写作功底及口语表达能力。

3. 开放的工作心态，愿意积极学习（新技术、新产品等）并具备快速学习能力。

Open mind, proactive learning and quick learning abilities (especially in new technology and new products).

4. Strong sense of responsibility, good verbal and written communication skills, and good teamwork spirit.

责任感强、具有良好的口头与书面沟通能力及团队合作精神。

5. Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
