Key Responsabilités：

1.Execute the market study/benchmark for the new product development, set up the study report for final decision. 2.Definite the product requirement and necessary input items considering the legal requirement, Safety requirement, human factor, function/durability requirement and specifications, conduct the product manufacturing feasibility study,etc.

3.Responsible for the product design engineering and process development, set up DFMEA/PFMEA,

4.Product BOM, definite raw material and fastener and manufacturing process follow chart, set up datum/attachment Strategy, and perform RSS study, set up and execute product/component technical specifications and DVP&R.

5.Set up tool/nest/gage list, equipment list.

6.Set up technical specification/agreement for product.

7.Set up KPC of components, support manufacturing engineering to set up KCC.

8.Set up necessary FEA and prototype validation items. And input the results into the components design.

9.Set up components dimension checking plan and report.

10.Integrate all the components in the system, including self designed, outsourced, carryover, customer sourced/supplied, etc.

11.Coordinate the prototype events. And lead the possible engineering change.

12.List the technical requirement of the tool, equipment and rack, support for outsource contract negotiation.

13.Keep in touch with customer for product technical affairs, take lead in decision and coordination between Customer and internal and supplier to achieve the requirement.

14.Lead the DFM/A, DFSS, VA/AE work shop.

15.Set up and track PLM status.

16.Set up and track engineering change request and notification. 

17.Support CCC certification activities.

18.Perform product AAR approval.

19.Set up issue list/powerpoint to summarize the design status and follow up issue correction.

20.Support for product launch.

21.Support for project APQP affairs.

22.Program conclusion including all the documentation, lesson learned, best practice, etc.    

Key Requirements:   

1.Autonomous with 3 years experience, Knowledge of OEM, Technical background, Business orientated.  

2.Bachelor's degree.  

3.English : Fluent . 

4.Familiar with UG-NX and/or CATIA software.
