主要职责：  

Key Responsibilities:  

1. 建立仓库与物流的管理程序以确保顺利的生产；  

Set up all management process about warehouse and logistics to ensure the smooth production.  

2. 基于客户的订单与预测以及生产产能制定生产计划、监测生产过程，提交与监测物料需求计划，确保客户的准时交付；  

Base on customer's order and forecast and production capacity to make the production schedule, monitor production steps, submitted and monitor material requirement plan, guaranteed on time delivery of customer requirements.  

3. 依照客户订单预计，为供应商提供物料需求计划；  

Material planning for supplier according to customer forecast.  

4. 与供应商协调以确保公司所需物料及零部件按时交付；  

Coordinate with supplier to make sure material and components delivery on time according to our requirement.  

5. 控制物料库存；  

Material stock level control.  

6. 确保成品的交付正确与安全；  

Supply finished goods delivery correctly and safety.  

7.日常工作持续改善；  

Continues Improvement on daily work.  

8.监测成品库以及半成品库，控制安全库存在合理的范围；  

Monitor FG and WIP stock, controlling inventories at a reasonable level.  

9.完成领导交代的其他工作。  

Perform other tasks given by supervisor.  

任职要求：  

Key Requirements:  

1. 本科及以上学历，物流、机械、工业工程等相关专业；  

Bachelor's degree or above in logistics, machinery, industrial engineering or relevant background.  

2. 5年以上物流管理经验，至少3年汽车零部件物流管理经验；  

5 years or above in logistics management, with at least 3 years'experience in auto parts manufacturing.  

3. 熟悉汽车零部件制作业物流计划、生产计划；  

Familiar with Logistics planning and Production scheduling in auto parts manufacturing.  

4. 有新建工厂物流规划经验优先；  

Experience in logistics planning for new factory is in priority.  

5. 有北京奔驰JIS库经验优先；  

Experience in Beijing Benz JIS is in priority. 

6. 有很强的沟通能力；  

Strong communication skills.  

7. 诚实、可靠、合作；  

Honest, reliability and cooperative.  

8. 英语读写熟练。  

Good English level both in writing and reading.
