主要职责  

Key Responsibilities:  

1.新建厂初期工厂布局、生产工艺、SOP的制定等；  

Responsible for layout of the new workshop, make the production process and SOP, etc.  

2.负责本部门经营计划、关键绩效指标的分解和落实；  

Responsible for the engineering dept. working plan, distribute the KPI   and ensure to achieve KPI targets.    

3.根据项目开发时间节点，安排各阶段试制计划，制定工艺标准，编制工艺文件，总结工艺问题点并推动持续改进；  

According to the new project development timeline, arrange pilot plan, make process standards, edit process documents, summarize process problems and push continuous improvement work.  

4.负责主导各阶段生产工艺问题的分析、解决和持续改善；  

Responsible for leading the analysis, solution and continuous improvement of production process problems.  

5.运用工业工程专业知识，主导工厂精益生产系统实施和持续改进工作，以降低制造成本、提升生产效率；  

Using IE knowledge to lead lean production system and continuous improvement work to reduce manufacturing cost and improve efficiency.  

6.负责工厂产能规划、分析与持续改善；  

Responsible for the planning, analysis and continuous improvement of the production capacity.  

7.配合总部实施工程更改，并负责主导工程变更在天津工厂的评估和组织实施；  

Cooperate with HQ engineering team members to implement ECN and Lead the evaluation and implementation of ECN in Tianjin Plant.  

8.负责工程团队的组建和培养，打造高质量技术人才队伍；  

Develop and train Engineering team members   to build a high-quality talent team.  

9.完成上级交代的其他工作任务。  

Perform other tasks given by supervisor.  

任职要求：  

Key Requirements:  

1. 工业工程或电气/机械/材料专业, 本科以上的学历；  

Bachelor’s degree or above in industrial engineering or electrical/mechanical/material.  

2. 具备三年以上汽车内饰企业同岗位工作经验；  

At least 3 years working experience in auto interior trim manufactory.  

3. 具备工业工程、精益生产等相关理论知识和技能；  

Have knowledge or skills of IE and lean production.  

4. 熟悉内饰产品的相关制造工艺及标准，如：注塑、滚胶、包覆、焊接、装配等；  

Be familiar with interior trim parts manufacturing process and standard, such as IMM, Rolling glue, Wrapping, Welding, Assembly, etc.   

5. 熟悉IATF16949体系标准、VDA6.3过程审核标准、五大核心工具等相关理论知识；  

Be familiar with IATF16949 system, VDA6.3 process audit standard，5 core tools and other relevant theoretical knowledge.  

6. 熟练使用CAD、UG、Office等相关操作软件；  

Be proficient in AutoCAD, UG, Office and other software.  

7. 性格开朗、勤奋、责任心强，良好的团队合作意识与协调能力及职业道德操守；  

Be outgoing, diligent, responsible, good teamwork, coordination ability and good professional ethics.  

8. 具有良好的英语口头及书面交流能力。  

Good English skill both in written and oral.
