职位描述
岗位职责：
- Assist manger to manage QE team to fulfill department KPI协助部门经理管理QE团队完成KPI。
- Representative of quality department for communication with customers and related suppliers., technical support for QE colleagues to handle the customer complaints. 代表质量部门与客户及相关供应商在技术的角度进行沟通,提供QE同事技术支持和处理客户投诉。
- Review customers‘ complaints from suppliers and verify the rationality, trace out the root cause of problems within the wholes suppliers chain, including suppliers, verifies technical solutions for customers including necessary documents like 8D when necessary 验证客户投诉的合理性，并在整个供应链（包括供应商处）中追溯发生问题的根本原因，验证技术方案的有效性，并在必要时复核给到客户的纠正预防措施报告（如8D）
- Handle customers’ complaint and provide the efficiency and qualified report including internal preventive and corrective action report to the related departments according to the requirements of company处理客户投诉、按照公司的要求提交有效及高质量的报告包括内部流程中的纠正预防措施报告给相关部门
任职要求：
- College degree or the above大专以上学历
- Familiar with quality management system熟悉质量管理体系
- Familiar in production process and application of one of groups‘ products: fasteners, tools, construction parts, Auto parts (Chemical) 熟悉以下产品之一的生产流程和应用：紧固件，工具， 建筑五金件， 汽修（化工）用品。
- A minimum of 5 years related working experience in a related company至少5年以上在同类公司相关工作的经验。
- Can read Chinese and English technical drawings and related specifications and standards能阅读中英文机械制图方或标准
- Be professional in using measurement tools and equipment熟练使用检测测量工具及设备
- Can travel on business trips to suppliers or customer sites能适应至供应商或客户处出差
- Good written and oral English skills英语书面语及口语良好。
- ISO and EHS knowledge ISO & 环境和职业健康安全管理方面的知识
- Good communication and coordination skills良好的沟通协调能力
- Patient and careful细致耐心
