天津招聘

1.) Receives, processes and confirms all orders and inquiries by phone, fax or any other means from sales and customers -- domestic, oversea (Asian) market, and internal customers.

2.) Arrange shipments including freight forwarders administration.

3.) Assist in resolves all customers complaints in courteous manner, recommend improvements in the complaints system.

4.) Arrange samples and promotional catalogues required by sales and customers. Assist in distributes certificates/report etc. to customer from Quality Assurance Department.

5.) Assist in customs declaration process with customs broker to make sure the export process sucessfully.

6.) Assist in organizes all visit to company by customers, delivery samples & presentations to customers

7) Recommend changes to minimize finished goods inventories, contribute to decisions on stocking level, recommend departmental system priorities, policies etc.

Requirements:

1. College diploma or above.

2. Good command of oral English and written English.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skill.

4. Good listener and be patient.

5. Being able to work under high pressure.

6. Education or work experience with chemical background is priority.
