Job responsibility: 　 

• Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in daily work 　 
• Plans, prepares, and devises work schedules, according to budgets and workloads 　 
• Audit and record workers' performance 　 
• Train,evaluate and motivate employees,solving discipline and attendance,prepare and mainten production report and HR recording 　 
• Interpret specifications, blueprints, job orders, and company policies and procedures for workers 　 
• Maintain operations data such as time, production, and cost records, and prepare management reports of production results 
• Observe work, monitor gauges, and other indicators to ensure that operators conform to production or processing standards 
• Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals  　 
• Control first and final part, as well as production process quality  　   

• Basic knowdage of manufacture,quality and management  
• Ability of planning,organizing,coordinating,motivating and communicating  　 
• Ability of lisening,speaking,reading and writing in English 　 
• Ability of analizing normal problems 　 
• Knowledage of statistic data 　 
• Ability of making budget and control cost 　 
• Be good at oral communication and rapport  　 
• Compliance 　 
• Bachelar degree and at lease 3-5 years supervisor experience
