Position Summary

Organization: VSG Asia
Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Haimen (江苏海门)
Report to: HR Director
General Purpose
Provide service for talent acquisition and improve organizational selection intelligence

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Improve human resources planning process;
Ensure compliance with the established human resources planning guidelines, polices, procedure and systems.
Build the talent searching platform / networks with internal capacity & outside expertise, drive improvement of searching efficiency & effectiveness.
Build and improve talent assessment foundation and ensure standardization of measures.
Initiate decision making process in hiring.
Monitor performance in probation and initiate for long term selection intelligence to minimize failure

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor & above degree
More than 5 years' experience in recruitment / human resources planning, mechanical industry background preferred
Proven track record of meeting commitments with the highest standards of job quality
