Duties and responsibility：
1.Keep the lines running to make sure on time delivery； 
2.Manage suppliers to meet the requirements；
3.Participates in teams to target and implement replenishment programs that improve supplier lead time；
4.Support factory customer OTTR and inventory control through reschedule management in buyer team；
5. PO release & PO maintain.
6. Shortage solve to keep the lines running and work with planner to control inventory.
7. Invoice discrepancies solve, urgent pay and prepay application.
8. Supplier Maintain, supplier OTD control and improvement, participates in teams to improve supplier lead time.
9. Conduct negotiations of purchase value and terms on spot buys.
Knowledge and skills：
1. Bachelor’s degree
2.At least 2 years purchasing experience, including international purchasing.
3. Strong MRP system knowledge, minimum 3 years MRP experience
4.Have Production planning experience
5.At least 2 years vendor management experience
6.Good team player and quick learner.
7.Microsoft Office software skills required
8.Excellent MS Excel usage skills
