Job Description :

？ Prepare and accomplish indirect tax filings (including monthly VAT, and export VAT) of responsible SH entity to ensure accurate and timely submission as required by tax regulation and tax authority;

？ Prepare and accomplish income tax filings (including quarterly corporate income tax, and annual income tax) and related party transactions form of responsible SH entity;

？ Prepare and accomplish tax registration, filing and application for Non-trading payment, and ensured the correct withholding tax rate for the transactions;

？ Prepare and accomplish Transfer Pricing Documentation of responsible SH entity;

？ Support in providing tax advisory services to business units and entities;

？ Timely update and inform subsidiaries about tax regulations changing;

？ Perform efficient and effective communication with tax authorities and maintain transparent and trusting relationship with tax authorities and related government departments;

？ Coordinate and support on Customs and tax audits;

？ Coordinate and support on tax incentive projects to ensure the group enjoyed the preferential policies and tax benefits;

Job Requirements :

？ Education: Bachelor degree, majoring in finance, and taxation related;

？ Working experience: over 2 years’ working experience with at least 1 year tax related; 

？ Good knowledge of PRC accounting and tax operation and practice;

？ Good knowledge of PRC accounting and tax operation and practice;

？ Fluent in both verbal and written English; 

？ Proficient in MS office (excel, word and PowerPoint);

？ Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skills, Strong logical analysis and custom orientation;
