岗位职责：

1、及时接转总机电话，负责来宾的接待和引导；

2、负责公司快递统计、分析；

3、负责公司日常办公用品的采购、领用分发、库存管理及统计；

4、负责会议室预定、会议室环境及水果采购；

5、负责名片制作、统计、分析；

6、负责新员工指纹录入；

7、负责面试接待等相关工作；

8、各类行政费用结算；

9、及时完成领导交办的其他行政事务；

任职要求：

1、大专及以上学历，一年以上经验，应届生也可

普通话标准，声音甜美，性格开朗，形象气质佳；

2、踏实，办事灵活，细心，耐心；

3、良好的表达沟通、协调、逻辑判断能力和执行力；

4、22-25岁优先，身高167cm以上优先
