In general the Process planner is responsible for all product/project parameters from project phase over SOP, serial production till ramp down. Following main figures have to be considered: · RFQ handling (prototypes, new parts, changes) Preparing calculation, feasibility studies Pre-planning Costumer service in the offer stage to support sales and calculation department · Process planning Project management (data and costs) Detailed planning of the production process Create and maintain FMEA Create and maintain master data Exact definition of material and equipment Production release Costumer/supplier coordination · Support in serial production CIP, value analysis Technical product support · Quality management Quality pre-planning Control plan/gages definition Complaint handling Consult test exceptions Define measures for quality improvement and trace the efficiency Product training with setters and workers Preparation and carry out of costumer audits Briefing and control plan training with workers on new parts Documentation of all quality relevant data

Bachelor or Master degree in related major; · Experience in Engineering area for at least 5 years ; managing experience would be a benefit; · Good knowledge of English (German language knowledge is an advantage), · Excellent knowledge in Stamping and forming process · Excellent knowledge in Chinese automotive industry; · Software knowledge: SAP, MS-Office and Quality related software.
