职位描述
Key Responsibilities:
Finance
Prepare cash book and record entries
Receive reimbursement and payment requirements from each department
Check the invoice and arrange the payment for the different service providers.
Support fixed assets schedule
Participate and support the external auditors for the annual audit.
Admin
Managing business accommodation and flight reservation for visitors, customers and employees
Administer office supply and assets.
Maintain office documents and contracts.
Receive samples and swatches from factories and send to sales teams or customers
Maintaining office facilities and environment according to local governance and compliances.
