CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS ( CORE RESPONSIBILITIES WITH ASSOCIATED JOB TASKS)
核心职责和任务（确定与工作任务相关的核心职责）
1. CORE RESPONSIBILITY
核心职责 Develop WB resin based on business needs
a. Job Task：Work with BU RD team to develop/validate WB resin
b. Job Task：Work with Process and manufacturing team to scale up the WB resin
c. Job Task：Work with platform team to complete the WB resin application and familiar with DOE
d. Job Task：Project management by following the Stage Gate process
2. CORE RESPONSIBILITY
核心职责 Knowledge management
a. Job Task：Complete all kinds of documents, including test records, test work reports, raw material evaluation reports and project work reports.
b. Job Task: Communicate with internal technical teams and leverage knowledge/expertise in other regions
c. Job Task：Strictly implement the company's confidentiality policies, keep the formula confidential and share on need-to-know base.
3. CORE RESPONSIBILITY
核心职责 EHS and safety
a. Job Task：Strictly implement 6S and HSE requirements of the company and follow the company policies
b. Job Task: Keep the lab safe and clean, achieve 0 accident target with the team.
