JOB STATEMENT

End-to-end customer responsibility related to quotation creation and order fulfilment

 JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (in addition to job statement)                       

Quotation Responsibilities (Target to quote MTO/MTS withing 24hrs)

• Support the MA to ensure the customer receives quotations for goods and services (spares and labour quotes)
• Manage quotations and orders for Services and Consumables BAs
• Support the MA to ensure the customer receives the goods and services in a satisfactory & timely manner

Order Responsibilities (Deliver on time and at the required quality)

• Book and Confirm Orders 
• Place POs to Vendors
• Follow up and expedite 
• Deliver and invoice

Daily Work description

Work as the contact of market area or customers or distributors to create quotation & sales order in SAP and execute Order to Delivery Process for defined products.

•  Communicate with SSO team or customers or distributors daily and provide supports to Sales Rep. and inside sales to realize customer value
•  Work with operative purchasing team, logistics care team and logistics center closely to resolve all kinds of problems
• Review and analyse backlog daily to minimize late and critical order lines, arrange shipping on time, identify bottlenecks and then figure out solutions, including but not limited to:
•    Follow up SO and arrange delivery
•    Expedite on material arrival
•    Expedite on payment
•    Expedite on picking up by customer
•    Apply for STO/ICPO to meet customer’s request
• Outbound reliability analysis: if the outbound reliability is lower, analyse the reason, and take actions. Reach the target of outbound reliability;
• Customer complaints and customer return handling;
• Reports analysis;
• Standby on weekends for emergency cases in turns;
• Other duties assigned by QOM manager.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

1. Bachalor degree is a must
2. Engineering background is preferred
3. Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience

• SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

1. Understanding of quotations, inventory management and account management
2. MRP/ERP knowledge
3. Microsoft Office software and SAP experience is preferred
4. Languages: Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
5. Experience in international trade
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
7. Customer oriented attitude
